With 18 years of executive leadership experience across listed and international companies in Retail, FMCG, Real Estate, DIY and Industrial sectors, I support businesses through transformation, growth and strategic decision-making.

I built my career from an entry-level position to CEO within 12 years at one of the largest retail groups in the Baltics. Over the years, I have led large-scale organizations through periods of growth, restructuring, market change and operational transformation, combining strategic thinking with strong execution.

My experience includes serving as CEO and Management Board Member in both international and publicly listed companies, leading businesses with €600M+ turnover and organizational structures of up to 3700+ employees.

Throughout my career, I have worked closely with boards, investors, shareholders and executive teams, leading strategic initiatives, commercial transformations, pricing programs, organizational restructuring and long-term business development across the Baltics.
