I am a former CEO and executive advisor with 18 years of leadership experience across Retail, FMCG, Real Estate, DIY and Industrial sectors in the Baltics.
Throughout my career, I have led large-scale organizations through growth, transformation, restructuring and strategic change, serving in CEO, Board Member and senior commercial leadership roles in both international and publicly listed companies.
I built my career from an entry-level position to CEO within 12 years at one of the largest retail groups in the Baltics - journey that shaped my understanding of leadership, execution and long-term business development at every organizational level.
My experience combines strategic leadership with strong commercial and operational execution. I have led businesses with €600M+ turnover, managed large leadership structures and worked closely with boards, investors, shareholders and executive teams across complex market environments.
I am particularly strong in situations that require clarity, judgement and decisive leadership. Having spent years in executive decision-making roles myself, I understand the pressure, responsibility and complexity behind strategic business decisions - not from theory, but from direct experience.
Over the years, I have led large-scale transformation initiatives, organizational restructuring, pricing and commercial strategy programs, profitability improvement projects and long-term business development across the Baltics.
As part of my leadership journey, I led a two-year pricing transformation program in collaboration with McKinsey & Company, implementing a structured end-to-end pricing strategy with measurable commercial impact.
My leadership approach is direct, structured and focused on creating clarity, accountability and measurable outcomes. I believe sustainable growth comes from the ability to combine strategic thinking with strong execution, adaptability and people development.
I am open to board and strategic leadership roles where I can actively contribute to company development, decision-making and long-term growth. I believe the strongest value comes not from being an external observer, but from being involved in the real dynamics of the business - understanding challenges from the inside, supporting leadership teams and helping translate strategy into execution.
Today, I work with owners, boards and leadership teams on business transformation, strategic growth, commercial performance and executive decision-making. Alongside advisory work, I am increasingly focused on leadership development, executive education and sharing practical business experience with future leaders.
